Use a flexible measuring tape and keep it comfortably level. Compare your measurements with the official Carter Collection Fit chart when it becomes available.
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust with your arms relaxed.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline without pulling the tape tight.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing naturally.
Inseam
Measure from the upper inner thigh down to the desired hem length.

Refund & Return Policy

At Carter Collection Fit, we are committed to providing high-quality activewear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
- Returned with all original tags attached.
- Returned in the original packaging, when possible.
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged cannot be returned.
Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance or sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Promotional or limited-edition items marked as Final Sale.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we shipped the wrong product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the item.
- Photos of the packaging.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Chargeback Policy
Before filing a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us so we have the opportunity to resolve your concern.
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or invalid chargebacks. To protect our business, we maintain records including order confirmations, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and other transaction details that may be provided to the payment processor during the dispute process.
